1. Project overview:

(1) The project will introduce mature BDS (BeiDou Navigation Satellite System) technologies to Zuoyun. After the completion of the project, more outstanding technology companies will settle in Zuoyun, promoting the development of the technology service industry and the upstream and downstream industries of BDS and accelerating technological innovation industrial reform.

After completion, Beijing Beidou Tianchen Science and Technology Industrial Park will become a national experimental zone for the application of satellites and a military-civilian integration high-tech application base clustering upstream and downstream BDS enterprises. It will include three centers and two bases.

"Three Centers":
(1) The Beidou engineering research and development center will become a design, test and product display center as well as a user experience center.

(2) The Beidou plus Smart Industry Innovation mode and Test Center will innovate BDS Plus (BeiDou Navigation Satellite System Plus) by using full-dimensional satellite images from SpaceWill Info. Co., Ltd.

(3) The technological innovation demonstration center will include the Zuoyun Digital Demonstration Zone, an Innovation Experience Zone, and a Technology Demonstration Zone.

The "Two Bases" will focus on industry-university-research cooperation and offer high-end R&D and logistics support. They will include a science and technology incubation department, an R&D and experiment department, and a logistics support base.

(2) Estimated investment: 300 million yuan ($43.56 m)

(4) Market prospects: The project will promote civilian use of BDS and national defense construction, increase domestic demand, accelerate development of intelligent industries, raise industrial values, and convert low-end manufacturing to high-end creation and R&D. It is an important part of Digital China and smart city development.
