Residents register and log into a new access management system before entering Yukang Villa neighborhood in Yangquan Economic and Technological Development Area in Yangquan city in Shanxi province on Feb 13. The access management system, which went into use on Feb 8, was launched by government of Jiaoqu district in Yangquan city and the local branch of China Mobile. It serves to track and record neighborhood residents' entries and exits, which is especially useful in the current situation with the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic.
