Huangshan government delegation visits Pingyao

A government delegation from Huangshan city in East China's Anhui province conducted a research visit in Pingyao county, which is under the administration of Jinzhong city in North China's Shanxi province, on Nov 24.

During the visit, the delegation explored the southern ancient city wall of Pingyao, the Pingyao Ancient County Seat Office Museum, the Rishengchang Exchange Shop Museum, the Chinese Polished Lacquerware Museum, and the Pingyao Film Palace, gaining a first-hand understanding of the protection, utilization, and development of intangible cultural heritage in Pingyao. 

The delegation members expressed their intention to learn from the advanced experience of cultural and tourism development in Pingyao county and Jinzhong, strengthen cultural exchanges with the city, and promote cooperative development.
