North China's Shanxi province welcomed 21 more intangible cultural heritages, when the fourth batch of China intangible cultural heritages (ICH) at national level was released by the Ministry of Culture on July 18.

The 21 intangible cultural heritages, including Zuoquan Xiaohua Drama, Jingle paper cutting and Lanxian dough modeling, are of different categories such as folk literature, traditional drama, traditional medicine and folk customs.

Shanxi is rich in intangible cultural heritages; apart from the 21 new listings, it already had 105 national intangible cultural heritages.
