Huigu Industrial Park in North China's Shanxi province was recently selected as part of a new batch of 16 national e-commerce demonstration bases in 2021, the Ministry of Commerce recently announced.

It was the only e-commerce park in Shanxi selected this time.

Huigu Industrial Park in the provincial capital of Taiyuan is the only intelligent park in Shanxi.

The industrial park uses its big data platform to integrate e-commerce, e-commerce logistics, and e-commerce financial service platforms built by third-party service agencies and itself, and it is committed to creating a complete electronic industrial system focusing on e-commerce and the integration of mobile internet, cloud computing, and big data with traditional industries.

Shanxi currently has three national e-commerce demonstration bases, with the other two being the Taiyuan High-tech Zone E-commerce Industrial Park and the Houma Economic Development Zone E-commerce Demonstration Base.
