The key SOEs consist of 70 coal companies, four coking enterprises, 42 chemical companies, 11 electric power companies, 27 expressway operating companies, 12 civil aviation and transportation enterprises, nine water supply companies and 39 metallurgical, coal mining, logistics, as well as natural gas companies.

Shanxi Coking Coal Group, Datong Coal Mine Group, Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group and Lu'An Group have provided a strong supply for Hubei province's steel, electricity and heat production -- ensuring energy supplies in most-affected province stricken by the outbreak.

As for disinfectant supplies in Hubei province, Yuncheng Salt Chemical Industry Co, a subsidiary of Shanxi Coking Coal Group, is operating production at full capacity.

Some 15,000 bottles of hand sanitizer were recently transported to Hubei's provincial capital Wuhan and 600 metric tons of disinfectant solution went on sale online.
