Pingyao to promote 'smart passage' project

On March 14, officials from Pingyao county in North China's Shanxi province met with representatives from Intelligent Interconnect Technology Co (IICT) to discuss the "Smart Passage" project.

Pingyao officials emphasized the significant attention given to Pingyao's cultural tourism development and urban construction. Pingyao has been receiving support at both the municipal and the provincial level. It has used this support to enhance its cultural tourism image, service quality, and urban functionality.

The "Smart Passage" project utilizes big data technology for urban management, and aims to effectively address parking challenges, especially during holidays in the county's urban areas. It aims to provide high-quality parking services, maintain good traffic order, and enhance the county's tourism image. This project is set to further strengthen interconnection and promote project cooperation between Pingyao and IICT.
