Pingyao 3D light show

The 3D light show is a visual feast of 3D lighting effects and music created by Pingyao county to improve night tours of the Ancient City of Pingyao. 

The 18-minute show is projected on the Yingxun Gate wall of the Ancient City of Pingyao with modern media technologies. 

Streetscapes and ancient buildings in the Ancient City of Pingyao, as well as ancient colored sculptures in Shuanglin Temple, are showcased with 3D effects during the show. 

The light show is staged at 9 pm every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and will be canceled in case of rain or force majeure.
