Pingyao county holds talks on attracting investment

Pingyao county held talks on June 18 on attracting businesses, projects and investment.

At the event, executives from Yunnan Yunshang Feiying General Aviation Co, Huolang (Beijing) Holding Co and Shanghai Meigong Technology Co learned about the current conditions in the county and in turn gave briefings on their own businesses. 

They expressed willingness to expand links with Pingyao and realize mutual benefits through new investment and the construction of joint projects.

Wu Xiaohua, Party chief of Pingyao, said that in recent years, the county had accelerated its transformation and development. 

Wu added that Pingyao had developed a diversified, mid-to-high-end modern industrial ecosystem, and traditional local industries had been upgraded, while new sectors had grown rapidly and the cultural and tourism sectors had engaged in integrated development. 

She said that Pingyao has been inviting enterprises to carry out in-depth discussions and business matchmaking, strengthen cooperation and exchanges in the marketing of scenic spots, the sales of local specialties, the development of Huolang Sports Street and the manufacturing of general aviation products.
