Pingyao companies support non-local employees over Spring Festival

Enterprises in Pingyao county have recently launched a series of measures to protect the welfare and legal rights of non-local employees staying in the county for the Spring Festival holiday. Many workers have chosen to stay in Pingyao to aid in preventing and controlling the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Local enterprises improved basic welfare guarantees and salary subsidies and adjusted holidays for non-local employees, creating a warm holiday atmosphere for them. 

For example, Pingyao Coal Chemical Group improved the facilities in employees' dormitories and installed TVs and a wireless network so that employees can surf the internet for free and make video calls with their families. Entertainment and exercise facilities, including billiards tables and treadmills, were also installed.

From Feb 11 to 14, Pingyao Coal Chemical Group will provide free meals to its non-local employees staying in the county.
