Pingyao athletes shine in martial arts championship

Athletes from Pingyao county shone at the 2019 Shanxi martial arts championship, which was recently held in Datong city, according to the organizers. 

Out of 43 Pingyao athletes from the local youth martial arts club – competing against more than 1,200 participants – nine won golds, 10 silvers and seven bronze medals in the tournament, ranking Pingyao second in the group score total.
