Pingyao offers free hepatitis check-ups

Pingyao county held a free hepatitis check-up and medical consultation event on July 28 to mark World Hepatitis Day and help prevent hepatitis. 

The event was hosted by the Chinese Foundation for Hepatitis Prevention and Control and the Pingyao government and consisted of hepatitis prevention promotions, themed lectures, free medical services, and hepatitis screenings.

The free check-ups were carried out in Pingyao People's Hospital in Daohubi village, Zhongdu town and Dongyoujia village, Nanzheng town.
