Training on organic fertilizer usage held in Pingyao

The agriculture department of Pingyao county held a training on the usage of organic fertilizer for pears in Xiangyuan town on Jan 10.

Professionals were invited to give local pear farmers technical lectures on substituting organic fertilizer for chemical fertilizer.

Xiangyuan town is Pingyao county's pilot area for organic fertilizer for pears promotion with the pilot area covering over 1,333 hectares and involving 10 villages. The usage of organic fertilizer in pear planting will help increase production and improve the environment.
