Show marks 40th anniversary of Pingyao's opening-up

A show in celebration of the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up began in Pingyao on Aug 16.

Each day of the show, which will last until Aug 22, will see performers from two of Pingyao's towns depict the changes that have taken place over the past four decades.
