Pingyao opens second community culture festival

The second Pingyao Community Culture Festival opened at a local youth activity center on July 6.

During the opening ceremony, performances paid tribute to Pingyao's socioeconomic changes since China opened its economy to foreign investment in 1978. For the culture festival, various activities will also be organized by Pingyao Children's Palace.
