Pingyao founds new chamber of commerce

A new branch of Pingyao Chamber of Commerce was founded in Changzhi city, Shanxi province, on May 20.

The chamber was launched by Pingyao-born businesspeople and companies led by Pingyao residents in Changzhi city. There are now 53 member companies in the chamber, covering the engineering, construction, medical equipment, education and training, logistics management and service sectors.

Wang Dongguang, director of Pingyao General Chamber of Commerce, offered his congratulations on the founding of the new branch in Changzhi, and expressed his hopes that the chamber will help further economic partnerships between the two sides.
