Event marks Consumer Rights Day

Pingyao county held an event to promote consumer rights on March 15 – World Consumer Rights Day.

Themed around "quality consumption and improved living standards", the promotion event called on the public to choose quality products and services when making purchases, which can correspondingly help improve quality of supplies.

Pingyao market and quality supervision administration destroyed counterfeit goods and unsafe food and medicine during the event –– protecting basic rights for all consumers and regulating the market.
