Companies raise donations for rural Pingyao

Staff members of Shanxi Hengdewei Medical Appliances Co and Pingyao Shuanghu Furniture Wholesale Market visited three village clinics in rural Pingyao for charity on Dec 17.

The donations worth more than 10,000 yuan ($1,522) consisted of medical instruments such as blood pressure monitors, drip stands, and clinical thermometers, as well as office equipment including filing cabinets.

The companies promised that they will continue to focus on residents' health in mountainous areas and support health charities.
