Pingyao holds exhibition of tourism tickets

An invitational exhibition of tourism tickets of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in China commenced in Pingyao county on Sept 19.

The three-day exhibition held in local Tangdu Polished Lacquer Museum consisted of three units, namely branch exhibitions featuring Pingyao, Chinese World Heritage Sites, and selected collections.

Tourism tickets witness the tourism development of a region and reflect the level of its tourism economy. A seminar focusing on culture of tourism tickets was held which coincided with the exhibition and aimed to research culture behind tourism tickets and help boost the tourism in Pingyao.
