Trilateral partnership to develop Pingyao business

Shanxi Uni-Moon New Optical Materials Co, a Pingyao-based business, signed a trilateral agreement with TCL Corporation and Akros Trading, a subsidiary of Japan-based Denka Co, on June 22.

The three companies will further services and the sharing of resource and information and co-build a platform to facilitate the trilateral cooperation.

Shanxi Uni-Moon New Optical Materials mainly specializes in the design and manufacturing of new optical materials and derivatives, such as laser light guide plates for the LCD and lighting industry. It is the largest laser light guide plate manufacturer in China.

The trilateral partnership will help Uni-Moon New Optical Materials expand to the international market and improve its competitiveness.

TCL Corporation is a business focusing on global scale smart product manufacturing and internet application services, with products that include home appliances, communication technology and information services. Akros Trading Co is a global industrial chemicals company.
