Spring Festival couplets and new year wishes around Pingyao

The Literature and Arts Association of Pingyao county, Shanxi province has joined the Pingyao Calligraphers Association in a cultural activity in local institutions and rural areas, in line with President Xi Jinping's cultural goals, and, by the afternoon of Feb 5, had more than 40 calligraphy lovers volunteering to write Spring Festival couplets.

They then sent the couplets as Spring Festival gifts to the Guiyun Group, local government offices and other institutions. Their next step is to send out more of their couplets and wishes to other towns and the wider countryside.
