Tea culture micro film

One interesting event that was part of the Pingyao Micro Film Festival, in Pingyao county, Shanxi province, recently was a tea culture micro-film exchange, where experts from tea associations across China got together to discuss the winning micro films from a tea culture competition that ran July - mid-September of last year.

The organizers of the competition were the Pingyao micro film committee and Shanxi Tea Society and they attracted many tea associations and enterprises to the event, from Shanxi, Zhejiang, and Fujian provinces to the city of Shanghai. There was a careful selection process to choose the winning submissions, with a film about the Westlake Kung Fu Tea, from the city of Hangzhou, Zhejiang province walking away with the gold.

Appropriately, during the exchange, tea artists from Hangzhou were on hand to demonstrate the finer parts of kung fu tea artistry.
