Inspectorate Examines the Implementation of New Coal Regulations in Pingyao

May 27, the municipal government sent an inspectorate to Pingyao to examine the implementation of 17 coal regulations of the provincial government and 10 coal regulations of the municipal government. The county committee member, deputy county director Han Jun attended the supervision and direction meeting.

Han reported on the implementation of these regulations in the meeting, including the facts that Pingyao managed to accelerate capital turnover with the cooperation of financial institutions, that a policy of raw coal purchasing and underwriting had been issued, and that related departments had cracked down on illegal mining and ensured safety in production. Han also said that Pingyao would strictly follow the regulations and rules to ease the burden of coal mining enterprises and to support the enterprises with modern marketing strategies.

The inspectorate was satisfied with the implementation situation of these regulations. The members of the inspectorate asked the county to improve the coal economic operation predicting and monitoring system so as to be more convenient to enterprises. Additionally, they emphasized the importance of safety in production, and required close supervision of it, thus stimulating the continuous development of the coal industry.
