Wantuo, a type of noodle from the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), is one of Pingyao's local snacks with a long history. A good Wantuo is pliable and smooth. It could be served cold and dressed with sauce, or be fried. It is popular in the Acient City of Pingyao.(Photo/pyonline.net)
