Pingyao Emperor Yao Temple opens

After more than one year of renovation, Emperor Yao Temple, located outside the north gate of Pingyao ancient city, officially opened during the China Pingyao International Photography Festival held from Sept 19-25.

Pingyao county also hosted a ritual ceremony to celebrate the completion of the new tourism spot. The renovation project took 20 months and finished in August.
