An auto parts industrial investment promotion for the Grand Business Park in Lilongwe, capital city of the south east African Republic of Malawi, was recently held in Taiyuan, in China's Shanxi province. 

With an investment of 1 billion yuan ($144.5 million) from Shanxi province, the Lilongwe Grand Business Park project covers an area of 20.26 hectares and finished construction of its first phase on Jan 5.

Once completed, the park will be Malawi's largest industrial park -- integrating construction materials, decoration, household appliances, automobiles, auto parts, trade, the finance and logistics sectors as well as entertainment facilities, offices and accommodation.
